2007 Dirt Oval FinalsTue Aug 28, 2007 8:21PMThis years dirt Oval Finals will be at SS speedway in Tampa Florida. The date is October 20th & 21st. The flier will be posted following the last division race at Indy RC World September 9th. we have to wait for that race to be ran so we know which promotor option classes will be included at the Finals. Like last year your points scored in your division race will be added to the points scored at the Finals to determine the National Championship in each class. Also like last year the Finals will be DOUBLE POINTS. Also even if you didn't race in a division event you can race at the finals. 2007 Nitro Onroad FinalsTue Aug 28, 2007 8:14PMThis years Onroad Finals will be held in Lincoln Nebraska and hosted by The Midwest Racers Organization. Nitro Offroad International Finals Info v2.0Tue Aug 28, 2007 7:48PMThere is now an info page listed in the menu on this page and on the Nitro Offroad main page.The page has the current hotel info, who can race info, venue info, will include early invitation list when it opens, concert info, manufacturer display list as we add more and an event schedule that will be updated as we get closer. I'll update the different info pages linked to that page as I get more info. Maybe this will help answer a lot of phone calls I have been getting. I hope everyone that wants to come can make it. This year should be better than last year. BTW as it says in the membership info you must be a full member to race at the finals. If you have bought single event memberships at the division events these will be deducted from your full membership price when you upgrade. Also very important THIS YEAR PERSONAL TRANSPONDERS ARE REQUIRED! Nitro Offroad Finals Info v1.5Tue Aug 21, 2007 11:34AMWe are working on several activities that will be happening during the Finals this year. Here is the 1st one to be verified. Saturday night November 10th after the mains we will have a concert by The Aaron Williams Band. They play their own songs as well as covers of ZZ Top, Jimi Hendrix and SRV. The type of music is Blues, Rockabilly and Southern Rock. The band is competing in the Austin City Limits Music Festival - Sound and the Jury contest for a chance to play at the festival in September. They are also headed back into the studio to finish their new album which should be out and available at the finals. Nitro Offroad International FinalsThu Aug 16, 2007 6:59PMThis year the Nitro Offroad Finals will be held on the same week we have used for the last 4 years - November 6th-10th. It will be in Alvarado, Texas on Hwy 67 just 3 miles east of Hwy 35W - 25 miles south of Ft. Worth and 45 miles SW of DFW airport. Yes it will be an indoor rodeo arena!
