LOOKING FOR

Fri Feb 16, 2007 4:15PM

I'm working on a way to streamline our membership system. We currently have the plastic cards printed as people join. The printer prints the members name, membership number and expiration date on each card. This causes a slow down waiting on them to get here. I'm looking for a desk top plastic card embosser so I can have bulk card printed and when someone joins I can emboss the card with member name, expiration date and membership number here at the office and cut the wait time down drasticly. So if anyone knows where to get one of these please let me know. BTW I already looked on ebay and the 2 I found were from China. I would prefer to not have to order something from outside the country.

thanks
Carlton

Also I am now posting a mailing list for membership cards. When I mail out cards I will post the list of the ones that went out and what date so everyone will know when to expect their cards or can let me know if they didn't get there since we have had a number of tem come up missing.

Carlton, what about using a laminator, you can get CC sized sleeves that you can put regular printed paper cut to size into and then laminate.  They come out extremely stiff and are very durable.

That's an option but I really like the credit card style plastic cards. They look so much better and more professional.

Hello,

I have not received my membership card yet.  I spoke to you at Leisure Hours in IL for the 4th round of the Midwest series and you had mentioned trying to send it to me or see what happened.  Could you please check on that again for me?  Thanks!

Ryan Scott

Ryan can you email me your address so I can make sure it is correct. I sent it out after Leisure Hours so apparently it's one of the 2 dozen that have come up missing in the mail. rcprosales@gmail.com thanks Carlton
