RC Pro Announcements Entry Concerns and RumorsMon Oct 2, 2006 6:47PMI've been informed of some concerns on several forums about racers who have only ran in one race during the year going to the finals and taking points away from racers who are running for the championship. Seems people want the finals even more restricted. That may happen in time but this is not something I'm going to just throw in right now last minute. That would be something that should be announced before a season starts. I've also been told about several rumors floating around the internet. This happens in all of our series! Plain and simple if you have a question email me about it. If you don't read it on this site or it doesn't come from RC Pro personel it's BS! Some guys/gals dedicate alot of time and money to be in a position to win the Championship. In my opinion the finals should not use points from your division series. I think the division series should only qualify you for the finals. I know that you have been really busy lately, so I would hate to bother you with another email, but I to have a few concerns about allowing so many alternates into this race. I know it may not be a huge chance but there is still a chance that Joe Rcracer could come out of nowhere and really put a damper on somebodies race weekend or year by taking points from somebody that they really matter to and add them to there measley 20 points that mean absolutley nothing. I know this is one of the biggest races of the year and I would want to be part of it to, even if I wasn't in the hunt for the championship, but I would really hate for this to happen to somebody that has worked so hard the entire year to get this far. We know this happens (Nascar race Brian Vickers need I say more). I am not sure if there is any logical way to fix this problem, thats why I'm glad I'm not in your shoes. On an entirley different topic I would also like to say that I think the person that wins this race should be the champion, not the person that runs the most consistant. Since it is the finals that just seems to make since to me. Well I think that is all I really needed to get off of my chest. Well thanks for letting me voice my opinion and keep up the good work.
